With the costly summer break now behind us, many parents will be on the lookout for affordable ways to keep the family entertained, while also saving the pennies ahead of the festive season. We’ve uncovered a fantastic rare ticket deal for families across the Midlands that grants access to four popular theme parks for less than £50 per person.
Merlin has unveiled a limited-time offer of four Midlands attractions for £49, including entry to Alton Towers, Warwick Castle, Sea Life Birmingham and Cadbury World.
The Midlands Adventure Pass has savings of up to 63 per cent when purchasing tickets for all four attractions, with visits available to book from Thursday, September 10, through to Thursday, October 22.
A Merlin spokesperson said: “From thrilling rides at Alton Towers Resort and over 1,100 years of history at Warwick Castle, to underwater adventures at SEA LIFE Birmingham and chocolatey fun at Cadbury World, enjoy four of the UK’s favourite attractions with one ticket for a limited time only.”
It’s worth noting that the deal must be booked and all four attractions visited by October 22, meaning the pass cannot be used during the Midlands half-term break, which runs from Monday, October 26, to Friday, October 30, as reported by Birmingham Live.

Those who book now will have six weeks to make the most of all four visits. Simply select a date for your first attraction, then arrange the remaining three visits at your convenience before Thursday, October 22.
Entry to Alton Towers alone begins at £32 per person with advance booking, rising to £68 for walk-up tickets. Meanwhile, Warwick Castle offers advance one-day admission from £26.
Cadbury World tickets are available from £18 online, while tickets for Sea Life Birmingham start from £19 per person when purchased ahead of time.
Those visiting Alton Towers will catch the theme park’s Scarefest event, running on selected dates from September 26 to November 1. Additional charges apply for their scare attractions should you fancy experiencing them.
Additionally, Wowcher has a deal for Hoo Zoo and Dinosaur World near Telford, priced at £10 for youngsters, £12 for grown-ups and £34 for families, delivering savings of up to 48 per cent. Drayton Manor represents another theme park option, with tickets starting at £27.50 each.
