Jack White Slams Trump For Saying Iran Can ‘Take Out’ L.A., San Diego

Jack White is once again slamming Donald Trump, this time over the president’s comments suggesting Iran could “take out” Los Angeles and San Diego if it were allowed to develop a nuclear weapon.

In response, the musician and former White Stripes frontman wrote on Instagram Tuesday, “Hey republicans and conservatives that live in L.A. and San Diego; how do you feel about your Fuhrer recommending that the cities you live in get attacked? Click the video I reposted and watch for yourself. Listen to the cult members CLAPPING and cheering for this. Let me take a wild guess: it was a joke, owning the libs, insert cult rhetoric here, etc. The allegiance these people have to this corrupt felon is so laughable and ignorant.”

“That’s right, a U.S. ‘President’ that recommended that two major cities in our country be bombed because they don’t give total allegiance to his ego,” White continued. “Imagine any other President or elected official in history saying this. False flag incoming anyone? Just wait till next month when he begins enacting illegal measures to not allow democracy at the polls to prevail when the right lose badly in the mid term elections. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: The Worst American of All Time. #TWAAT.”

On Monday, Trump was speaking at a campaign rally in Nebraska, where he defended the war in Iran despite Americans’ concerns about the economic impact. The president called it a “small price to pay for keeping the world safe” and “keeping our country safe.”

Trump suggested that Iran could “take out” an American city if the country was to develop a nuclear weapon. “Let them take out Los Angeles. Let them take out San Diego,” he added, as the crowd cheered.

California Gov. Gavin Newsom also denounced Trump’s remarks, calling the president “deranged and dangerous.” He added in another post on X, “An American president is talking about Los Angeles and San Diego being ‘taken out.’ Where the hell is Congress? This is dangerous. The time to stand up is NOW.”

White and the Trump administration have previously feuded, with the musician calling the president “a danger to not just America but the whole world” last year, adding that “no intelligent person can defend this low life fascist.” In response, White House communications director Steven Cheung called White “a washed-up, has-been loser.”
