Jacob Elordi had a front-row seat to watch Kendall Jenner close out the Bottega Veneta show in Milan, and his reaction to waiting for and then finally seeing her has gone viral.
The actor, who has been romantically linked to the supermodel since April 2026, was front and center to cheer her on. His appearance added another public moment to the pair’s increasingly visible relationship as they have been photographed together multiple times in Hawaii, Los Angeles, Australia, and London.
For the show, the Euphoria star sported a neutral-toned ensemble that included an olive bomber jacket. He paired the outfit with a bright red bag by the fashion house his lady was representing.
Several videos have been shared of Elordi during the show, with one racking up more than 1.5 million views on TikTok. That clip has garnered thousands of comments discussing how he was fidgeting while waiting for her but eager to snap pictures when she walked out.
While many called his actions “adorable” and “supportive,” others questioned if they were just performative for the cameras all around.
Now an expert is breaking down the stark differences in Elordi’s body language before and after she walked the runway.
Inbaal Honigman is a body language expert. She has appeared in the media for more than two decades, offering her expertise and perspectives on several pop culture figures for Big Brother’s Little Brother, Elle Magazine, and talkSPORT radio, to name a few.
She examined Elordi’s facial expressions and demeanor as Jenner closed out the Bottega Veneta show. According to the expert, Elordi appears nervous as his fidgeting suggests that he needs to release tension before his girlfriend walks the show. Once she appears on the runway, he is very aware of his movements, shifting from nervous to wanting to appear proud of his partner.
Speaking on behalf of Casino Guru, Honigman told Showbiz Cheat Sheet, “There are two totally different types of behavior there, as Elordi sits down to watch Kendall. His nervous reactions are involuntary. He probably can’t even feel that he does them. Tugging at his clothes, tapping his feet — those are habitual behaviors and are just part of his personality.
“Elordi’s nervous feet are just a way of releasing tension. It lets us know that he’s nervous, but chances are that this movement is automatic, and he wouldn’t even know he’s done them.”
Honigman added, “On the other hand, his more demonstrative, big movements are intentional. The very obvious ‘wow’ facial expression, the big show of filming Kendall, Elordi does it for her, to let her know wordlessly that he’s seen her and is proud of her.”
