With Judge Dredd set to celebrate his 50th anniversary next year, the franchise has had its fair share of announcements in recent months. Not only are fans expecting to see a reboot movie with director Taika Waititi at the helm, but we can expect plenty of more upcoming releases to help celebrate Judge Dredd’s first appearance in the British weekly anthology comic 2000 AD.
As the magazine’s longest-running character, Judge Dredd has become a cultural phenomenon, and back in 1995, he received his first dedicated movie, starring Sylvester Stallone in the titular role. Now almost half a century later, the law enforcement and judicial officer operating in a dystopian society is making a return, albeit not in the way you would initially expect.
First released back in 2023, Pinball FX is a modern-day version of the Pinball game we all used to know and love on early Windows systems. Developed by Zen Studios, players will take part in various arcade modes in order to top the leaderboard and with new tables arriving frequently, you may just see some familiar faces. Judge Dredd, perhaps?
Well, thanks to an upcoming release, Judge Dredd fans can now look forward to testing their skills on a pinball table inspired by the beloved character. This comes courtesy of Pinball FX: Judge Dredd, which may not yet have a release date, but it is certainly one to add to your wishlist. If you already own Pinball FX, of course.

Featuring 10 play modes in classic play, or the option to launch a super mode complete with an immediate multiball. With each mode coming with a separate leaderboard, if you are skilled enough, you may just be able to top them all. Additionally, Pinball FX: Judge Dredd allows players to use the Space Station Robotic Arm to release locked balls trapped in Deadworld’s orbit and pursue fleeing perpetrators in high-speed chases. Not only that, but in “The Ultimate Challenge” Wizard Mode, you will be able to battle for dark Judges from Deadworld and conquer Judge Deat.
