Hyderabad has set yet another record in land prices, with a prime commercial plot in Raidurg reportedly fetching a staggering Rs 269 crore per acre.
The latest auction by the Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TGIIC) involved a 5.38-acre parcel in P2, Knowledge City, Raidurg.
The land reportedly attracted a winning bid of Rs 269 crore per acre, setting a new benchmark for commercial property prices in Hyderabad.
The record comes barely a week after another parcel was sold at around Rs 264 crore per acre, highlighting the extraordinary demand for premium land in the city’s western corridor.
According to market buzz, the latest parcel has reportedly been acquired by Vamsiram Group.
This would be Vamsiram Group’s second major land acquisition in Knowledge City. The group had reportedly purchased another five-acre parcel in the same area a few months ago.
Knowledge City and Raidurg have emerged as some of Hyderabad’s most valuable commercial real estate zones, driven by strong demand from technology companies, office developers and premium commercial projects.
The latest auction once again underlines the sharp rise in land values in Hyderabad’s prime business districts.
At Rs 269 crore per acre, the city has now pushed its commercial land benchmark to a new high, reinforcing Hyderabad’s position as one of India’s hottest real estate markets.
