Katrina Kaif has largely stayed away from the public eye since embracing motherhood. After she and her actor-husband Vicky Kaushal announced their pregnancy, the actress kept a low profile and avoided public appearances.
Even after welcoming their first child, a baby boy, in November 2025, Katrina continued to maintain a private life and was rarely seen in public. She was recently spotted attending a funeral, but did not make any formal media appearance.
That changed on Monday. Katrina Kaif made her first official public appearance after giving birth and happily posed for the media cameras. She and Vicky Kaushal attended Nita Ambani’s Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations in Mumbai.
Katrina did not shy away from the photographers at the event and posed for them with a smile. This marks her first official media appearance and photo-op since becoming a mother.
The actress has not yet revealed her plans for a comeback. There were reports that Katrina could be part of Prabhas’ “Spirit”, but it now appears that she is not associated with the project. For now, her focus seems to remain on her personal life, with her return to films still unclear.
