Crafting improvisational worlds from soprano saxophone, sampler and electronics, Japanese experimentalist kina:suttsu is performing at Tāmaki Makaurau’s Audio Foundation in precisely two weeks time. Special guest openers will be Soft Rock aka synth / electronics voyager Alice Sparrow — who put out a very cool run of releases circa 2021 — and Monsterwitch, the sonic Vulcan mind meld of local noise champions Ducklingmonster and P Wits.
