National Batman Day is just around the corner, and there’s a Lego set for all fans – from budget-friendly to more extravagant sets

LEGO is offering a wave of special Batman-themed builds that can be grabbed for as low as £25. It comes as Batman Day is set to take place this Saturday, September 19, giving fans all over the opportunity to celebrate.
As part of the celebrations, LEGO has a wide array of Batman sets for fans to grab and build to commemorate the occasion. This includes sets involving some iconic pieces from the Batman franchise, such as the Batmobile.
There’s also a variety of large sets that can be used together to help create your own little slice of Gotham. However, with so many options to choose from, we’ve broken down our top picks you can grab before this year’s Batman Day.

Those wanting a classic set to display in their home or play with will find that the Batman Batmobile for £24.99 is a classically safe choice, depicting the hero’s iconic vehicle. This vehicle has been directly inspired by the Batmobile featured in the 2022 movie The Batman
Suited for any child aged nine and over, this set is designed to be ‘play-and display’ and comes included with a Batman minifigure wearing a fabric cape. The set also includes a commemorative 2nd anniversary golden coin that can be slotted beneath the removable bonnet of the Batmobile.
There is also the option of the uniquely designed Batman v Superman Batmobile, which is available for £24.99, that lets builders have their own more futuristic version of the Batmobile. This model kit features a front-mounted shooter alongside opening cockpit and headlight details that are emphasised with graphic stickers.
It also comes with its own minifigure sharing the same design as Batman from the Batman v Superman movie. This set is also relatively easy to build, containing just 220 pieces.
Otherwise, if you’re more of an old-school fan, you could opt for the Batman & Robin Batmobile, which is also available for £24.99. This kit depicts the Batmobile in a much sleeker design as it was shown in the Batman & Robin movie, coming with a matching Batman minifigure.
This set contains 272 pieces, making it easy for any builder to put together, regardless of their experience. It also allows users to unlock extra digital features by letting them redeem the Batman & Robin Batmobile and a golden variant of the Batmobile in the LEGO Batman video game.
However, if you want something a little different to celebrate Batman Day, you could instead opt to grab a copy of the Monopoly Batman Edition Board Game, which is available on Amazon for £14.99. Adding a twist to the original board game, this version tasks players with capturing villains and saving Gotham City, letting you control tokens of various characters from the franchise.
Otherwise, if you want something purely decorative, shoppers could opt for the DC Comics Batman Official Bat Signal Emblem Projector, which is available on Amazon for £29.99. This night light lets people project their very own Batman logo wherever they want in your home.
Many shoppers who already bought The Batman LEGO Batmobile praised it for its quality, with one writing: “My 4 year old and I had so much fun putting this together! He helped me find the pieces I needed but definitely would not have been able to do it himself. Even I had a hard time at a couple of spots! I haven’t played with LEGO in years, but the instructions were very easy to follow and it was actually so much fun!”
Another added: “I think this LEGO set is really awesome. I expected it to be smaller but i tured out bigger, which was a nice surprise. The quality is excellent and the pieces feel sturdy. The design is very well thought out, and stylish. It’s fun to buld and will be great to play with. I think my son will really love it – perfect birthday gift.”

A sixth added: “The quality of LEGO; you just can’t compare. It was easy to build and a great recommendation for the Batman fan in your life. The car moves with ease and the top comes off.”
However, one less pleased customer wrote: “It was pretty good, but I liked the last The Batman Batmobile better. They did a better job on the minifigure, but I wish it came with at least one more.”
Another added: “The Batmobile isn’t as good as the others, but for the price, its a fun build. However there is no fun features or anything fun for this Batmobile.”
For more diehard fans of the franchise who want something truly spectacular, LEGO Arkham Asylum set is £269.99, and lets you have your own version of Gotham’s infamous asylum. It features minifigures of some of the Asylum’s top inmates, including The Joker, The Riddler, Harley Quinn, and Catwoman.
Overall, the set contains 2,953 pieces, more than enough to keep you busy over the weekend, with the set itself containing three different segments (ground floor, first floor, and roof), providing plenty of space to place the minifigures. It also contains 65 stickers, including Easter eggs referencing Batman lore.
Otherwise, there’s the Batman Forever Batmobile, which is available for £89.99. This high-quality set contains a generous 909 pieces, making it more complex than the other Batmobile sets we’ve mentioned.
However, it allows shoppers to have their own version of the iconic car from the Batman Forever film, coming complete with a moulded windscreen, moving wheels, decorations, and a cockpit that reveals a detailed interior. It also comes equipped with a Batman minifigure, accompanied by its own special stand to show off.
