London Fashion Week Maximalist Outfits to Recreate

Between Christopher Kane making his Mulberry debut and Seán McGirr bringing Alexander McQueen back to the British capital after years of showing in Paris, the latest London Fashion Week was one to remember. But beyond the runway moments, I’d say the street style was just as noteworthy. Savvy showgoers made their mark with vivid color combinations, loud patterns, whimsical silhouettes, and funky accessories, embodying the true definition of dopamine dressing.

One street styler went full-on feral, wearing a buttoned jacket covered in leopard spots. Meanwhile, another embraced fashion’s red-and-purple color combo, a viral mash-up that has recently dominated designer catwalks and celebrity circles. Elsewhere, bubble skirts and balloon pants took center stage, proving that billowing shapes aren’t going anywhere. And perhaps the most daring display of maximalism was an enormous faux fur pillbox hat, which instantly commanded my attention.
