Megan made March 2025 headlines for the arrival of her fourth child, a girl named Saga Blade. Showcasing her incredible curves, Megan delighted fans with her fierce shoot, but her post raised eyebrows. Referencing the surgery she won’t elaborate on, Megan Fox told the Call Her Daddy podcast that it’s a procedure “I’m gatekeeping, because, sorry. It was really good. It’s not a known plastic surgery; people don’t really know about it.” Megan joins the list of stars who’ve openly admitted to undergoing cosmetic surgery.
