Megan Fox Stars in Campaign for Erectile Dysfunction Pill Ro Sparks

Megan Fox has a new role that has her looking like a character pulled from a superhero film. But the veteran actress slipped into the all-red ensemble to help Ro promote its erectile dysfunction pills.

“Hi, I’m not Viagra,” Fox says in a new campaign clip that debuted Thursday morning. “I’m Ro Sparks, a prescription medication for men.” She then goes on to describe how it works as a prescription-only, 2-in-1 ED treatment combining sildenafil and tadalafil (active ingredients used in ED pills like Viagra and Cialis), and is dissolved under the tongue for faster absorption in 15 minutes. It can also last up to 36 hours.

Per Ro, the company says that its research found that men are most receptive to messaging when it comes from a woman. Expect to see Fox, Ro Sparks’ first-ever celebrity partner, in the new campaign on linear TV, streaming, paid social and out-of-home like a Times Square takeover. Next week, there will be tear-away posters popping up across New York City.

Telehealth company Ro has drafted celebrity partners in the past for its other offerings, like teaming up with Serena Williams, Charles Barkley, Trisha Paytas and Chrissy Metz for its GLP-1 medications.

Fox has most recently been seen in Five Nights at Freddy’s 2, Overcompensating, Subservience, The Expendables 4, Big Gold Brick, Night Teeth, Midnight in the Switchgrass and more. She’s perhaps best known for her work in big-budget franchises like Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Transformers, among other work. Around Halloween, she always gets a boost from the cult classic Jennifer’s Body.
