Merry Hill has announced it is hosting a big fashion and beauty weekend – and there will be M&S and Boots samples.
Shoppers will also be able to indulge in Lush massages as part of this event, which offers the chance to discover all the key looks, trends and styling inspiration set to shape the autumn season.
What’s more, it’s free to enter.

This will be the fourth autumn that Merry Hill has hosted The Edit – a stylist curated showcase featuring M&S, Next, River Island, and Mango.
When is The Edit at Merry Hill?
The Edit will run from October 9 to 11, bringing together a selection of the centre’s most popular brands in a pop-up pavilion in the main event space.
Jonathan Poole, centre manager at Merry Hill said: “The Edit has become a much-anticipated part of our seasonal calendar, giving visitors a one-stop-shop to experience the latest fashion on offer at the centre.
“The Edit brings the season’s trends to life and gives shoppers the chance to see how different pieces, textures and styles can work together, alongside experts offering tips to help them create looks of their own.
“With more than 175 brands under one roof, alongside an ever-growing choice of places to eat, drink and relax, Merry Hill is a great destination for shop for the new season, while enjoying a day out this autumn.”
What to expect at The Edit at Merry Hill
From autumn wardrobe highlights to body scans and haircare demonstrations, the event schedule includes these live activities and many more:
- From 11am, 9th October – visitors are invited to experience ThéraScan by Therapie, a skin analysis system that delivers a comprehensive assessment of skin health.
- From 12pm, 9th October to 11th October – Harvey Norman will showcase Dyson’s award-winning hair care range, offering visitors the opportunity to explore the latest styling innovations and receive personalised tips from product experts.
- From 1pm, 9th October to 11th October – Shoppers can experience a luxurious Lush massage bar demonstration and sampling experience, discovering the nourishing benefits of Lush’s handcrafted products while learning simple massage techniques for relaxation and wellbeing.
- From 3pm, 9th October to 11th October – Discover this season’s autumn must-have skincare picks from Boots, with complimentary product sampling from leading beauty brands. Visitors will also receive exclusive vouchers to redeem additional samples and beauty services in-store.
- From 4pm, 9th October to 11th October – Beauty experts from M&S will be on hand to provide tailored 1:1 advice and product recommendations, with complimentary sampling of some of the season’s must-have beauty favourites.
The launch of The Edit coincides with the latest autumn styling advice from Merry Hill’s Head of Seasons, Kate Lewis.
From embracing richer textures to stepping away from an all-black wardrobe, Kate will be sharing her tips for updating your look and making the most of the new season, which embraces rich burgundy and chocolate shades, statement outerwear and luxe textures.
