After a recent video in which he was seen speaking more like a fan and going overboard in praising a powerful star, many in the industry reportedly felt that his survival strategy now seems to be more about praising top stars than delivering solid music.
Apparently, a top industry personality noticed this and reportedly called the music director, advising him to avoid excessive “bhajana” of stars on public platforms and in videos.
He was reportedly told that such behaviour could undermine his image and overshadow his talent as a music director.
However, the music director is said to have dismissed the advice, reportedly replying that “fans enjoy such talk.”
