Ella Bright and Belmont Cameli are reacting to recent rumors of a feud between them.
The Off Campus stars stepped out for the 2026 MTV VMAs on Sunday (September 27), where they presented an award together, just days after wrapping filming on the Prime Video show’s upcoming second season.
While walking the carpet, both Ella and Belmont were asked about the rumored feud, and revealed they’ve laughed about them together on set!
What Ella Bright said about the feud rumors
“Oh my god. It is pretty wild,” Ella told Entertainment Tonight‘s Denny Directo on the carpet. “It’s so funny. I mean, it’s really funny because we spent all, all days I’m on set, I’m with Belmont. So, we’re like in the green room and he’s like, ‘Have you seen this?’ I’m like, ‘LOL.’ Sitting right next to him, scrolling on our phones, ‘Oh, you saw that? Do you remember when I said that?’ It’s like, never happened. It’s so funny.”
She also said that Belmont is one of her best friends. “He doesn’t need to know that. But, he’s the best.”
As for removing old photos of the two of them from her social media, the actress told E! News‘ Keltie Knight at the awards show, “I mean, god forbid I wanted an aesthetic Instagram. My bad. I’m so sorry… It’s so funny. So, we’re just laughing about it. That’s all you can do.”
What Belmont Cameli said about the rumors
Belmont also spoke with ET‘s Denny Directo about the feud rumors.
“I couldn’t, I like when I first heard those, I mean, I laugh every time I hear them. I’m happy to put them to bed. I mean Ella and I are extremely close,” Belmont said. “It’s really entertaining and sometimes fascinating the conclusions people will jump to. Um yeah, that’s certainly not one of them. She’s the best.”
When Denny brought up the best friend comment, the actor replied, “It is true, yeah.”
