Clarks has reduced a variety of shoes from autumnal loafers to comfy trainers
Clarks is known for its quality range of shoes, and when the retailer drops its prices, best believe many popular designs sell fast. We’ve spotted some comfy options have now been reduced online, but we can’t see them hanging round for long.
Other high street retailers prioritising comfortable footwear include Marks & Spencer who sells the likes of its £36 Leather Bow Square Toe Flat Ballet Pumps with Insolia Flex® technology, which the retailer says makes walking in flats more comfortable by ensuring feet are correctly placed.
Over at Next, the £32 Black Forever Comfort® Chunky Sole Bow Ballet Flats have also been hailed ‘very comfortable’ by shoppers. Back to Clarks, and we’ve rounded up some of our favourite buys from the brand’s reductions – which can be achieved by entering the code SAVE30 at checkout – with prices starting from as little as £38.50…

Clarks Cloudsteppers Solevana Tie – £38.50 (was £55)
The pretty dusty pink colourway of these easy to style trainers have now been reduced and they’re available in UK shoe sizes 4-8. With an impressively high review score of 4.7 out of five stars, they remain a popular choice among Clarks shoppers and boast the retailer’s ‘softest footbed yet.’
One reviewer who purchased the design in off white said: “Extremely comfortable and stylish. I have 2 pairs!”
It is worth noting however that one shopper said they’re ‘too soft’ for their liking. Despite this, another person commented: “These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever bought. Really pleased with them and have recommended them to many of my friends.”
Clarks Trivala Soft – £38.50 (was £55)
Those who like to add a chic pop of colour to their office outfits are in luck as the red suede design of these stylish ballet flats is also now discounted using the code. Shoppable in UK shoe sizes 4-7, they’ve yet to be reviewed on the shoe retailer’s website however they do boast some standout features.
Clarks says the pumps are soft and flexible, and have a ‘buttery soft’ unlined suede material. They’ve been designed to offer breathable barefoot wear and a comfortable second-skin feel, and can instantly transform casual everyday outfits.
The shoes are also ideal for evening as an alternative to heels, but it is worth noting that the design sadly only comes in one standard width, so those with wider or more narrow feet may struggle to find their perfect fit.
Clarks Seco Speed Sand Combination – £42 (was £60)
These staple neutral trainers will go with almost any colour and such is their popularity, they’ve already sold out in a UK size 3, so we’d recommend those wishing to bag a pair moving fast. With a near-perfect review score of 4.9 out of five stars, the shoes feature a soft, premium sand combi leather and suede upper, as well as comfy padding around the ankle.
One shopper who purchased the navy design said: “Really comfortable, smart and great with trousers and dresses.” Another did mention a minor sizing issue but did still rate the shoes five stars, writing: “So comfy but had to return and order smaller size as far too big, now I have them and they are great.”
Clarks Cloudsteppers Solvana Knit – £38.50 (was £55)
Those wanting a classic black trainer need look no further than Clarks’ Solvana Knit shoes. Featuring ‘pillow soft’ footbeds for optimum comfort, they’re rated 4.8 out of five stars. One person who bought the light blue colour wrote: “My feet are so happy in these shoes!”
One reviewer did deduct a star as they felt the design came up slim in fit, writing: “Solevana runs narrow. I had to return the medium width for a wide.” However, another person simply said: “Extremely comfortable shoes.”
Clarks Alixea Walk – £38.50 (was £55)
Loafers are set to be big news once again in the fashion world this autumn, and these stylish warm sand suede ones will go with so much. Smart for the office but also chic for weekend looks, they feature a premium suede upper with moulded cushioning footbeds and a soft breathable lining.
Popular among shoppers, one reviewer commented: “Lovely shoes, much admired.” Meanwhile a second said: “Great quality, not stiff suede just right, very comfortable and at a great price. Staple in your wardrobe.”
One left a five star review but did mention a small drawback for those on their feet all day, writing: “Very comfortable and fashionable. I think the soles are a bit too thin. I would choose a more robust shoe to do any walking.”
Clarks Coralea Lace Brown Combination – £42 (was £60)
The chocolate brown shade of these shoes is perfect for the colder months, making them a stylish addition to a weekend wardrobe. The darker hue also makes them a practical choice, alongside the shoe’s breathable lining and Strobel construction that Clarks says offers flexibility while in use.
It is worth noting that the suede upper may not fare well on rainier days, but we think they’re well worth keeping aside for drier outings.
Clarks Trigenic2 Bar – £62.30 (was £89)
Clarks’ Trigenic2 Bar is now reduced in the pale peach design and they feature a handy comfort-boosting three-part rubber sole. Once again they are only available in one width, though they do boast an adjustable strap to help wearers achieve a secure fit that’s custom to their feet.
Ideal for when a comfy shoe is needed but trainers just won’t do, they’ve been made from smart-looking premium leathers and are currently still in stock in UK shoe sizes 4-6.
