Vancouver artist Sophia Stel has called her debut album ‘the greatest album of all time’.
Emerging from the city’s DIY community, Sophia Stel’s 2025 project ‘Object Permanence’ became a word of mouth success, followed by January EP ‘How To Win At Solitaire’.
Set to play A.G. Cook and PC Music’s POP CRYPT at Colour Factory in London on Halloween, Sophia Stel is fresh from supporting modern icon Lorde.
Her debut album proper has gained an ambitious title – Sophia Stel has decided to call it ‘the greatest album of album time’.
Out on October 16th via A24 Music, it will contain previous singles such as ‘Bitches Talk Shit’, ‘Molly In The Club’, and ‘Now I’ve Got A Lot You Know’.
In a note, Sophia says:
“The album is about believing in yourself and believing in love and is dedicated to my brothers Luke and Royce”
