Banging the drum in support of Te Papaioea Palmerston North’s noisy DIY underground since 2004, a humongous array of local talents are converging upon SwampFest 2026 on 17th October. Happening at legendary all-ages music hub The Stomach — a crucial, independently-run space for artists since 1988 — Swampfest ’26 is a part of the nationwide ROCK’EN’ROL initiative, encouraging rangatahi / young adults to get enrolled and vote in this year’s general election.
