Taylor Swift‘s new song “Patient Zero” appears to be about one of her friends going through a breakup with a man she also once dated.
The song seems to follow her taking in the friend after the breakup and helping her though it. These lyrics seem to be mirroring what happened after Sophie Turner broke up with now ex-husband Joe Jonas several years ago.
As you probably know, Taylor and Joe dated briefly back in 2008 and their relationship ended in a phone call, which she famously called him out for in an interview on The Ellen DeGeneres Show.
