Tesco said it was “welcoming cosy season” with more than 150 new frozen products hitting its freezers next week. To help shoppers “get everything they need for those cosy nights in, Halloween parties and to start their festive season prep”, Tesco is rolling out a host of family favourites, including bake-at-home Finest cookies, Finest Thai Green Curry and Finest Barramundi fish fillets, as part of an extended ready-to-cook frozen fish range and exclusive-to-Tesco branded products.
The additions, launching on Monday, September 11, “offer easy, great value options for everything customers need to whip together a quick weekday meal or upgrade the menu for those special occasions”, Tesco said. Full of familiar winter favourites including Winter Spiced Apple & Pear Crumble, pies and root vegetables with beef dripping, the retailer is also bringing some “great tasting newness to the aisle”, including Loaded Pulled Pork Chilli wedges and Naked Chicken Burrito bowls.
It is also launching a range of new Takeaway pizzas and sides, including Takeaway Tandoori Chicken Sizzler pizza, Loaded Tear & Share Garlic Doughballs and Cheesy wedges. Tesco said the launch continues its “commitment to modernise the category and respond to growing customer demand for great value, quality and convenient frozen options”.
Tesco frozen category buying manager Harry Jones said: “We’re excited to be bringing over 150 new and improved products to our autumn Frozen range this year. Our Frozen range offers fantastic quality, great value options designed to bring some excitement to mealtimes. We know our customers will love our autumn range, full of winter warmers for those cosy nights in, bake at home bakery products dishes, decadent desserts, and branded products.”

Bake at Home bakery products: Ready to bake straight from the freezer, the new range includes Finest Salted Caramel & Belgian Milk Chocolate cookies, Triple Chocolate Belgian Cookies, Buttermilk Pancakes, All Butter Croissants.
Fish: Tesco is launching Finest Barramundi Fillets, Smoked Basa Fillets, Southern Fried Breaded Fish Bites, alongside festive favourites including King Prawn Rings and Lobster.
New desserts and ice creams: As the temperature dips, Tesco is bringing seven new frozen desserts and nine new ice creams. They include the Black Forest Ice Cream tub, Mini Chocolate Eclairs and a warming Mixed Berry Crumble.

There will also be an extended range of Greggs products, including Bacon & Cheese Wraps, Mini Steak Rolls, Mini Sausage Rolls and much more, Tesco said.
