This time of year is a layup for anyone who loves to cherry-pick deals based on the forecast. After all, there’s still plenty of summer left, so you can reinforce the ranks of the breezy part of your wardrobe, or you can step into fall—primetime for layers and outerwear—and throw on a discounted fleece the minute a gust of wind plucks a leaf off of a tree.
