Vanity Fair is excited to announce a new live event series, coming to Los Angeles and New York this fall. The Vanity Fair Screening Room will pair this year’s most compelling films with a slate of programming, including onstage panels and conversations with actors and filmmakers. The invitation-only events will convene an audience from the worlds of film, fashion, culture, politics, media, and tech, much like the magazine itself.
Audiences will gather to preview “some yet-to-be-released films and meet the casts and crews of others,” said Mark Guiducci, Vanity Fair’s global editorial director. “Our hope is to inject the most important, most interesting, most electric films of the year directly into the cultural bloodstream.”
The inaugural edition of Vanity Fair’s Screening Room will be held at LACMA’s Peter Zumthor–designed Steve Tisch Theater from November 13–15. Just a few weeks later, Vanity Fair’s Screening Room will come to New York, where screenings and events will take place at Cherry Lane Theatre from December 4–6.
