Ercan Ramadan, who married Geordie Shore star Vicky Pattison in 2025, could be about to face a fine after reportedly failing to file accounts for his new business and is more than a month past the deadline
Ercan Ramadan could be about to face a fine over his new business, it has been claimed. The husband of Vicky Pattinson, who tied the knot with the Geordie Shore legend in 2024, launched Endrick Clothing last year.
The 33-year-old had been due to provide Companies House with the accounts by June 25, but nearly two months later, no such records have been received, The Sun has reported.
If the deadline is missed by a month, a private limited company is faced with a fine of £150, and if this carries on past the three month mark, a £375 fine is issued by HMRC.
After three months, the fine becomes £750 and then grows to £1,500 if six months have passed since the deadline.
Ercan had a career in retail before moving on to construction and eventually started up his fashion business. At the time, he said: “I decided to not only sell suits but create a brand. A brand with original designs and high- quality fabric that is available to everyone. I wanted people to feel good when wearing my suits- but most importantly I wanted to make sure that it was affordable.
“I wanted to give men like me the chance to elevate themselves by having the opportunity to dress with style and elegance, at a reasonable price point.”
Ercan and Vicky met in 2019, and they got engaged three years later before tying the knot in 2022. Just recently, Vicky told The Mirror that the older she gets, the more she feels the pull of ‘home’ – and her inner circle get ‘smaller’.
“I want a place back home, babies, I want to start slowing it all down – that’s kind of our five-year plan”, the 38 year old told us.
“I want somewhere our dogs can run free on the beach, and if we are able to grow our family, be close to my own family. I want that support.”
Vicky announced their engagement on social media. At the time, she said: “I choose you and I’ll choose you over and over without pause, without a doubt, in a heartbeat… It’ll always be you. To our forever @ercan_ram.”
She also shared an image of her ring, with the caption: “I do…” She added: “Sorry guys, I don’t want to bore anyone with engagement spam… but I’m just not over this beautiful moment, my beautiful man or this beautiful ring… Thank you all for your incredibly kind messages… We’re on cloud 9.”
