Another shopper said: “Very pretty pattern and good value for price. In terms of value, this 100% cotton duvet set cannot be beat. It’s not five stars from me as the material is rather thin, but it’s to be expected considering the price. The pattern is lovely as are the colours.”

However, some shoppers mention the frill detail requires some extra attention when ironing. This is evident in one review which reads: “Really loved this Fiorella Bedding in 100% cotton. It has washed well and the colours have remained true (one wash) and looks pretty on the bed!
“I chose this set for the pretty frilling however, it does take a while to iron the frilling but worth the effort for the end result.”

In other shabby-chic news, Dunelm has reduced the Orla Traditional Washable Runner to half price which features traditional floral motifs with an elegant decorative border. Usually priced at £39, the 2ft x 7.5ft runner is now available for £19.50.
Shoppers can also pick it up in a larger 2.5 x 10ft size, however this one has only been reduced slightly from £65 down to £59.
