According to Serbia’s constitution, Ana Brnabic, the outgoing speaker of parliament, will step in as interim president until a successor is chosen through election. That presidential vote is required to take place within 90 days, with a campaign period lasting somewhere between 30 and 60 days. Vucic indicated that the first round of the presidential race would likely happen by the end of December.
