Bella Hadid loves a ballet sneaker, also known as a sneakerina, and her latest look proves she’s right to hold onto the trend into fall.
Earlier this week the 29-year-old model mixed classic autumnal staples with sporty accessories for a fresh twist on transitional dressing. The foundation of her look? Three items everyone should have in their fall capsule wardrobe: an unassuming LBD like Hadid’s $95 Mpaz Studios keyhole minidress, a utilitarian beige jacket that goes with everything, and a suede carryall. (In Hadid’s case, her Saint Laurent’s brown suede envelope bag has yet to be released to the public…NBD.)
The obvious next step would be to balance the look’s short hemline with an equally classic pair of knee-high boots, just as Bella Hadid recently demonstrated on the streets of New York. Instead she gave the look a sporty twist with with a pair of knee-high socks and Vivaia’s new Carol jogger sneakerinas in amber brown and black.
