Described as ‘lightweight’, the bottle is easy to use, with one-hand quick opening for easy access.
This isn’t the only nifty detail on the bottle’s lid; it also comes with a lock function that seals the lid to prevent leaks, along with a handle and a built-in filter. The bottle is made from Ecozen® ‘unbreakable’ transparent plastic, which makes it easy to see when to refill.

It’s important to note that this Quechua bottle is not insulated, unlike the Yeti Rambler water bottle (£32), which is made from kitchen-grade stainless steel and has a double-wall vacuum, or Bottle Bottle’s Stainless Steel Water Bottle 700ml (£22.99), which comes in 10 different colours and patterns. One downside is that hot drinks, when poured into the bottle, won’t stay hot for long due to the lack of insulation, as the brand warns. Although for fizzy drink lovers, it’s great for keeping the bubbles intact all day long.

While most reviews have been highly complimentary of the bottle, one user had a slight hiccup with their model, stating how the lid ‘never closes’. They added: “The top is just constantly open… It leaks everywhere.” This appears to be a malfunction with that particular bottle – rather than a common issue – and the brand responded to this review, advising: “Our caps can be replaced with model code 8575855 if it is faulty.”
