Manifesting a future where you don’t have to break the bank to go see your favourite band, DARTZ are pulling out all the stops to make their upcoming nationwide tour accessible for fans. Perhaps heralding a bold new era of optimism and prosperity in Aotearoa ahead of our general election, the party-punk ‘Band from Wellington, New Zealand‘ will be rocking the four main centres — plus a free gig in the heart of Te Ika-a-Māui, Tāupo — all throughout the second half of October. Aiming to help those whose wallets have been KO’d by the ongoing cost of living crisis: “Limited $15-20 ‘cheap seats’ tickets are available at all paid shows for those who need them.”
Recipients of the Te Manu Taki Rakapioi o te Tau / Best Rock Artist award for 2024’s chart-topping Dangerous Day To Be A Cold One, the four-piece of Danz, Clark, Rollyz and Crispy have also today revealed “their forthcoming third studio album is finally finished, with a first single due to arrive next month”, recorded with trusted studio king James Goldsmith. Based these days between Naarm and Te Whanganui-a-Tara, look forward to the explosive return to local stages of DARTZ in less than one month’s time…

Wellington’s favourite band have also declared today that their forthcoming third studio album is finally finished, with a first single due to arrive next month.
Recorded once again with producer James Goldsmith, the ten-song record will be DARTZ’s follow-up to 2024’s Dangerous Day To Be A Cold One.
To celebrate, DARTZ are heading around Aotearoa this October for six shows in Wellington (All Ages Friday, R18 Saturday), Dunedin, Christchurch, Taupō and Auckland.
