Drishyam: The Conclusion continued its strong performance at the box office on Day 3, maintaining solid momentum through its opening weekend.
The Ajay Devgn starrer collected Rs 61 crore net in India on its third day, marking a 14 percent growth from Day 2, when it earned Rs 53.50 crore.
On Day 3, the film recorded Rs 61 crore net across 17,323 shows. With this, its total India net collection has reached Rs 176.50 crore, while the India gross stands at Rs 211.80 crore.
The film is also performing well overseas. It collected Rs 20 crore internationally on Day 3, taking its total overseas gross to Rs 61 crore.
With the latest numbers, Drishyam: The Conclusion has reached a worldwide gross collection of Rs 272.80 crore.
The film had already registered the biggest opening in the Hindi Drishyam franchise. It earned Rs 66.75 crore net on Day 1, compared with Rs 15.38 crore for Drishyam 2 and Rs 5.85 crore for the 2015 film Drishyam.
For comparison, Drishyam 2 had recorded an opening-day gross of around Rs 18.15 crore.
Directed by Abhishek Pathak, Drishyam: The Conclusion is the third and final film in the Hindi Drishyam franchise.
While the original Drishyam story was first made in Malayalam, the Hindi third instalment is said to follow a different storyline from the Malayalam franchise.
