Disney will develop a live-action series adaptation of “Kane Chronicles” at Disney+, expanding Rick Riordan’s mythological universe.
Angela Robinson and Riordan will write and executive produce the drama series with Rebecca Riordan serving as a non-writing EP with Ellen Goldsmith-Vein and Jeremy Bell for The Gotham Group.
The series adaptation comes two years after a film adaptation of the “Percy Jackson” spinoff was scrapped at Netflix.
