Natalie Portman, 45, ‘secretly gives birth’ to ‘miracle’ third child

Natalie Portman has reportedly given birth to her third child, with an insider claiming that the little one arrived at some point last month and was born in Paris

Natalie Portman has reportedly given birth to her third child. The Academy Award-winning actress, 45, is already mother to Aleph, 15, and nine-year-old Amalia with ex-husband Benjamin Millepied.

They divorced in 2024 after more than a decade together and the Black Swan star, who lives in Paris, soon found love again, and has now been in a relationship with DJ Tanguy Destable, perhaps better known by his stage name of Tepr for over a year.

On Saturday, PEOPLE reported that Natalie and Tanguy, 46, had welcomed their first child together at some point last month, with an insider claiming that the baby was born in the French captial.

Natalie confirmed news of her pregnancy earlier this year, and said that she and her partner were both “very excited. “I’m just very grateful. I know it’s such a privilege and a miracle,” she said.

Speaking to Harper’s Bazaar, the actress said: “I have so many people I love who’ve had such a hard time with it that I want to be respectful around that as well. It’s such a beautiful, joyous thing, and it’s also not an easy thing.

“And so I know how lucky it is. I’m very aware, and I’m very grateful. I have deep appreciation and gratitude.” She went on to say the feelings are different as she gets older, saying she didn’t necessarily grasp the gratitude previously.

She added: “And there’s a calm and knowing myself: who I want to spend time with, what kind of energy I want around me that makes the experience so beautiful every day. And knowing it’s probably the last time, I cherish every moment.”

It remains to be seen whether Natalie will showcase your newborn in the public eye when she gives birth. She keeps her older kids away from public attention.

She recently told Interview magazine: ‘I’m not a particularly private person in real life – I’ll tell you anything – but in public, it was so clear early on that if you tell people how private you are, your privacy gets respected a lot more.”

She revealed the “little bit of a barrier” she put up as she refused to take on photo shoots with he children. She went on: “My kids are always a source of excitement, because you just see them develop into the individuals they are.

“Also, I’ve been spending a lot of time with my friends, with their kids and my kids; that’s pretty fun.”

Natalie and Tanguay have been romantically linked since last year. In March 2025, the duo were snapped together with images showing him with his arm around the actress’s shoulder.

They were also seen kissing while out in Paris. The musician and producer was married to French actress Louise Bourgoin.

The duo share two boys together, but split after 10 years. In his career, he previously collaborated with Lady Gaga for a film with Dom Pérignon.
