New eatery set to open in Earlsdon as fresh licensing bid made

A new eatery is set to open in Earlsdon as a fresh licensing bid has been made.

Luca Kitchen Ltd has applied to Coventry City Council for a new premises licence at 40 Moor Street.

It does not explain what the new premises will be but, on Companies House, Luca Kitchen Ltd is registered in nearby Birmingham and the nature of the business is described as ‘Take-away food shops and mobile food stands’.

The application asks for the go-ahead to provide the sale/supply of alcohol on the premises from Monday to Sunday 12noon until 11pm.

It also seeks permission for regulated entertainment from Monday to Sunday 5pm-10pm.

Before a decision is made, locals have the chance to make a representation about the application in writing to the Licensing Authority, Coventry City Council, PO Box 7097, Coventry CV6 9SL, or via email at licensing@coventry.gov.uk.

The application can be found on the city council’s website.

Any representation relating to this application must be made in writing to the council by October 26.
