Nagarjuna and Naga Chaitanya are set to arrive in theatres with their respective films in December 2026. The release dates of “King100” and “Vrushakarma” have recently been reaffirmed.
There have been reports that Nagarjuna might move “King100” to February 2027 to avoid a clash with Nandamuri Balakrishna’s “Dada”. Nagarjuna’s film was the first to announce December 24 as its release date, but Balakrishna’s team locked the same date a week later. Since then, speculation has been doing the rounds that “King100” could move out of the December slot.
However, according to sources, Akkineni fans are in for a double bonanza this December, with both father and son arriving on the big screen within a gap of just 20 days.
Naga Chaitanya’s “Vrushakarma” is scheduled for December 4, followed by Nagarjuna’s “King100” on December 24. Sources say neither film is currently planning to change its release date again.
If the dates hold, Nagarjuna and Naga Chaitanya will bring two releases to theatres in the same month, making it a special year-end treat for Akkineni fans.
