Bottomless brunches, live entertainment and pub grub is on the menu at the old Revolucion de Cuba

An opening date has been announced for a new Birmingham city centre bar – and it’s very soon.
Bonnie Rogues will open on Friday, September 25 at the old Revolucion de Cuba location on Temple Street.
Revolucion de Cuba closed on Saturday, July 25 with owners announcing a £1m injection to transform it into a new bar.

Since then, work has been under way transforming the space into a branch of Bonnie Rogues, described as a ‘premium party pub’.
The bar will offer bottomless brunches, karaoke, sport screenings and a pub grub menu as well as live music six nights a week.
The menu will feature dishes like classic fish and chips, loaded nachos, stacked burgers and small plates.
On the Birmingham Bonnie Rogues website, the brand said: “With an always-on live and loud atmosphere, it is the place to go for food and drinks during the day or a late-night party in the evening.
“Consistently good craic, there is no place you can rely on more to be a guaranteed good time.”
Bonnie Rogues isn’t the only new opening set for Temple Street this year.
The highly-anticipated steakhouse Flat Iron will open on Saturday, October 10.
Ahead of the grand opening, there will be two soft launch days for customers on Thursday, October 8 and Friday, October 9, with food 50 per cent off while the team gets into the swing of service in Brum.
The restaurant will have two floors, with room for 60 diners downstairs and 50 upstairs.
