The trendy glass diffuser offers a flame-free way to fragrance your home

Homeware fans looking for a stylish and practical addition for autumn might consider an oil diffuser. Not only do they fill the room with beautiful fragranced mist which can help with relaxation, but they also offer a flame-free alternative to candles.
We’ve spotted Argos selling the Habitat Confetti Glass Electric Diffuser – White for £30 which has a trendy confetti glass design that would look beautiful sat on the shelf or coffee table. There’s an optional light for an ambient glow, and the diffuser has a timer which can be set between 30 minutes and three hours.
To use, add some water to the tray along with a few drops of your desired essential oil, the diffuser is mains operated. Argos sells the Habitat Luxe 60ml Pack of 4 Diffuser Oil Set – Scented for £12 which includes a selection of different fragrances.

The £30 diffuser has a similar look to more expensive alternatives, including the NEOM Berry Blush Wellbeing Pod, priced at £110. This limited edition option is new in for autumn/winter 2026. There’s also the Pink & Burgundy Confetti Glass Electric Aroma Diffuser for £49.50 at Oliver Bonas.
The Argos confetti glass diffuser has received an influx of positive reviews, with one shopper writing: “Stunning when lit up at night. I’m so happy with this item. It lights up lovely at night and create a nice glow. It’s got good capacity for water and the sent is strong.
“I would recommend, I have actually brought a second one for my house.”
Another pleased shopper said: “This is a lovely diffuser with a good flow of mist and looks beautiful with the optional light. Really glad I chose this one!”
Although, this shopper marked it down calling it “just okay.” They said: “The glass is pretty but the whole unit feels very cheap. I can’t imagine it will last very long as the inside is already starting to show water stains.”
