Blueface and Nevaeh Akira have broken up just weeks after welcoming their first child together. But the news is not surprising to the rapper‘s ex-girlfriend.
Jaidyn Alexis, who is the mother of Blueface’s son Javaughn and daughter Journey, talked about how her children will not be seeing their new sibling because Blueface was going to “replace” Nevaeh and their baby, Johnathan Michael Porter Jr.
During a recent appearance on The TMZ Podcast, Alexis did hold back when speaking about her past relationship with Blueface, co-parenting their kids, and why their children won’t meet baby Johnathan. When host Towanda asked Alexis if Javaughn and Journey met their half-brother yet, Alexis replied, “No. No plans for that. Not anywhere near close by.”
When asked why, Alexis said, “For one, let’s get the swab results back,” implying that she didn’t believe Johnathan Jr. was Blueface’s, before adding, “For two, I just don’t really feel like supporting broken homes just all over the place. And if they’re so replaceable, like he said, then replace them.”
Following Alexis’ comments, Nevaeh clapped back in a video about Blueface not being Jonathan’s father, saying, “This is his baby, b****. Hello! It’s his baby b****.”
Now though it looks like “replacing” Nevaeh is exactly what’s happening because on Sept. 8, Blueface dumped her during a livestream after he caught her lying about a tattoo of NBA YoungBoy. He told her that their latest confrontation was the last straw.
While the “Thotiana” hitmaker was incarcerated, Nevaeh got NBA YoungBoy’s face tattooed on her leg, but told Blue it was of his face instead. She later covered the tattoo and said she regretted it.
“It’s not about the tattoo, it’s not about you lying about the tattoo,” the rapper told Nevaeh. “It’s about your reaction to me finding out about something … You would go out of your way to get me to believe something that is not true.”
Following their split, Nevaeh shared a video in which she broke down when talking about leaving Blueface.
She also posted a message confirming that she was single and hoped that she and her ex could stay civil for the sake of baby Johnathan.
“Despite my deception, I hope we can eventually find a way to remain friends and build a healthy co-parenting relationship for our baby,” Nevaeh wrote. “I don’t want anger or hurt to take away from the beautiful thing we created together. I genuinely wish you love, peace, happiness, and everything good in life.
“I never meant to hurt you. I made a bad decision because I was so worried about disappointing you that I ended up doing something that disappointed you even more.”
