The Paradise: AP collections see a drastic drop on Monday

Nani’s The Paradise has now entered the weekdays, and the film held up better in Nizam on its first Monday. While the action drama has put up respectable numbers in Telangana, the AP collections are largely disappointing.

The word-of-mouth has been poor right from the premiere shows, but the film avoided a complete crash till the weekend in Andhra Pradesh. However, with the weekend advantage wearing off, occupancies took a hit, and the road ahead looks tough.

Had the movie not received outright negative talk, it would have definitely fared much better in Andhra and Ceded regions. Directed by Srikanth Odela, The Paradise is produced by Sudhakar Cherukuri of SLV Cinemas.
